Print Shop Terms & Information

Ordering
Please check the measurements of prints before purchasing. We do our best to ensure true colour representation however there may be some slight variance due to the way some screens display colour. Your order is only confirmed once payment is received. We use Stripe, PayPal and Apple Pay to process payments for orders on this website, this means that we do not hold or store any credit/debit card data.

Submitting Photographs
Once you have made your order, please send an email with your photographs attached to info@foxandowl.uk. Please include "Order #____" in the subject line. We will reply back letting you know that we have your photographs and then once the proofs are ready, we will send them back to you on the same email thread. See our photo taking tips here.

Turnaround Time
Each silhouette we make is custom and hand-illustrated and the turnaround time is 2-4 weeks. These turnaround times start after we receive your order AND photographs. We cannot start on your order until we have ALL of the photographs for it. After we illustrate the silhouette(s), we will email you the proof for your approval. Once approved, your order will then be printed, packaged, and shipped within 5-7 business days.

Delivery
Our illustrations are printed and dispatched directly to you from the printers. This means that we are unable to offer a tracked delivery service. If you have not received your items, please email info@foxandowl.uk.

International Orders
International orders are welcome, if your country is not available in the country list at checkout please let us know and we will do our best to make arrangements for you. Delivery charges for international orders are calculated at checkout. If you have a query about international orders, please email info@foxandowl.uk. International orders may be subject to local customs or duty charges; these are not included in your payment to us and you may be liable to pay these charges locally on request.

Returns
We want you to love your products. This is why we work closely with you and send you a proof for your approval before printing. All sales are final as they are made to order. Refunds/cancellations cannot be given once an order is in production due to the highly customised and labour intensive nature of our products. We also cannot offer refunds based on artistic interpretation. Please keep in mind that you are purchasing a piece of art. If your item arrives damaged or flawed please send an email to info@foxandowl.uk with photographs within 3 working days. We absolutely want you to be happy, so please contact us if there is an issue.

Cancellation
If you place an order and later decide you would like to cancel it, you have 7 days from the date when the order was made to do that. However, we can only honour that cancellation if we have not started on your order. Please make sure to read through the listings and website before purchasing to answer all of your questions. And if you have any others, you are welcome to email us before making an order.

Photograph Policy
We may share actual photographs alongside of silhouettes to show a before/after on our social media pages. If you do not want us to use your photographs, please let us know.
